Project
Microsensors will play an important rol in future economie because of their small dimensions, cheap fabrication costs and versatility. In general these applications include: hot flux, pressure, chimic sensors and biosensors. Microsensors use multi-phisic effects to produce the desired reaction or a translation effect.
It is an interdisciplinary work and include different domains: fluids flow, electronics, piezoelectricity, chimics and electrochimics.
