Obiective

* Development of new technologies for advanced microwave circuits millimeter wave circuits and photonics. Microand nano-processing of semiconductor materials (silicon, gallium arsenide, and gallium nitride) will be used.
* Development of advance circuits for microwave and millimeter wave with application in 3G mobile communicarions and beyond 3G, data transmissions in millimeter wave, identification sistems in millimeter wave and new photonics devices
* Developing the bridge between research and universities on this topics; SME involving in this high-tec domain
* Upgrading th competitivity of all partners for FP 7 participation
